JOB DESCRIPTION
Oversee the operation of commercial properties, including: safety and security measures, repairs and maintenance and capital planning;
Perform routine property inspections and generate inspection reports;
Document maintenance and repair needs and manage service contracts;
Communicate regularly and effectively with tenants and contractors;
Oversee tenant move-ins and move-outs;
Assist with other administrative tasks;
Additional duties as assigned by the Propery Manager.
VALUED SKILLS
3+ years of commercial property management or related experience;
Solid knowledge of commercial leasing and related documentation;
Strong computer and data entry skills;
Proven communication skills;
Strong understanding of building maintenance requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
