Job Overview: • Responsibilities: Event Research: Conduct thorough research to identify potential event opportunities, trends, and themes. Analyze competitor events and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve. Vendor Coordination: Research and identify suitable vendors, performers, and suppliers for events. Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness. Theme Development: Collaborate with the Events Manager to develop creative and unique event themes. Propose innovative ideas that align with the brand and target audience. Logistics Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating the logistics of each event, including venue setup, decor, and technical requirements. Ensure that all logístical aspects run smoothly before, during, and after events. Budget Management: Work with the Events Manager to develop and manage event budgets. Track and report on expenses to ensure financial targets are met. Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through various channels. Provide input on promotional materials and strategies. Customer Feedback and Analysis: Gather feedback from attendees to assess the success of each event. Analyze data and make recommendations for improvements. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements for events. Stay informed about changes in event-related laws. • Requirements: Previous experience in event planning or a related field. Strong organizational and research skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative event ideas. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
