About the role
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll work side by side with the Restaurant Manager to run a smooth, high-performing restaurant that delivers unforgettable experiences every shift, every guest. You’ll help build team culture, drive performance, and make sure every guest walks away satisfied (and maybe with a tub of tabouli in hand).

What you’ll be doing
Supporting daily restaurant operations and being the Restaurant Manager’s trusted partner
Leading the team with energy, clarity, and heart
Training and coaching staff for growth and efficiency
Delivering consistent, top-tier guest service (and feast-worthy food)
Managing rosters and team scheduling
Helping hit KPIs and supporting financial performance
Ensuring Food Safety, cleanliness, and WHS standards are always on point
Staying ahead of stock so the Famous Garlic Sauce never runs out
About you
You’ve led teams in a QSR or fast-paced hospitality setting
You’re currently an Assistant Manager or an experienced Shift Leader ready to step up
You bring a calm, confident leadership style that earns trust
You’re passionate about food, people, and great service
You’re a strong communicator who lifts others up
You’re confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
You’ve completed (or are willing to complete) your Food Safety Supervisor certification
