Urgently looking for a RETAIL STORE OPERATIONS MANAGER FOR OUR FLAGSHIP STORE IN NEW DELHI.
Location - New Delhi.
Package - 4-6 LAKHS P.A.
JOB DESCRIPTION -
• Understanding the design aesthetic and background of the brand and communicating the same to the customers
• Attending to customers/walk ins and educating them about the product
• Building relations with customers
• Registering queries and attending to them on a timely basis.
• Maintaining of customer database in the phone, visitors book, CRM
• Understanding the background of the customer for effective fulfillment of needs, resulting in conversions and relationship building.
• Team work
• Effective upkeep of store
• Stock responsibility and upkeep
• Store hygiene
• Ethical and honest practices in terms of product education to customers, deliveries, order formalities, monetary formalities
• Maintaining the display area and VM at all times
• Changing the display in the shelves to attract people that walk past the store.
• Ensuring that orders are made correctly and conveyed to the factory to ensure timely deliveries
• Keeping a track of props and other merchandise with the helper to ensure that they are available at all times.
• Store security
