Position: Assistant Sales Executive
Location: Sitapura, Jaipur, Rajasthan
Experience: 2–3 Years
Pay: 20,000-25,000 + Incentives
Products: Safe Lockers, Shoe Racks, Smart Locks
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Assistant Sales Executive to lead the sales growth of our Safe Lockers, Shoe Racks, and Smart Locks portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing dealer and distributor networks, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue across B2B and B2C markets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
2. Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
3. Collaborate with dealers, distributors, and retailers to maximize product reach.
4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and institutional segments.
Key Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth market understanding. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Customer service orientation.
- Experience in B2B and B2C sales environments.
- Proven track record with dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant sales experience.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
