Role Mission
Responsible for building and growing the business in line with the organization's sales and distribution strategy by identifying the opportunities through data-based analysis, ensuring proper conduct and driving profitable growth and market share.
Role Responsibilities
• Focus and meet objective of driving volume, revenue, product mix and distribution growth from ON & OFF Premise Channels and achieve volume objectives in assigned territory through effective territory coverage and activation plans
• Tracking Depot Level Stock position in coordination with distributors to ensure conisitant availability of BSI Brands
• Actively Monitor Sales Executives/ Representatives and assist them to make wright decision
• Ensure 100% availability of Beam Portfolio in assigned territory with lead brand visible in the outlets
• Work with consumer marketing, sales team, and brand team leaders to decide marketing action plan like sampling, POSM Execution, on premise promotions, events etc. for assigned outlets
• Implement sales call per collage norms in assigned ON & OFF Premises
• Drive sales development initiatives like Visibility programs, Distribution expansion and efficiency building programs. In addition, help the immediate manager in designing / recommending market development initiatives basis competitor activities and market intelligence.
• Ensure receivables are within agreed company norms, Credit Control is implemented while planning sales for the month and beyond
• Play an active role in resolving any customer service-related matters, conflicts and escalate any issues to immediate manager for timely resolution
• Drive sales automation programs and data analysis using latest IT tools for superior results
• Manage performance evaluation and appraisals for sales representatives
• Develop behavioral and disciplinary standards for employees
Qualifications & Experience
A Graduate/3-year Diploma / MBA
Minimum of 8 + years 'experience. Ideally worked in Alco-Beverage industry/ hospitality industry
