- Set sales goals and make proper plans to reach the goals.
- Sustain customer records, take constant feedback, consider all feedbacks and provide progress consequently
- Reply to customer questions regarding products, prices, credit terms, and availability.
- Oversee all sales activities by the sales team and guide changes to be made based on execution.
- Work closely with each sales representative to gather data, insights, reporting, and information to help calibrate the sales process.
- Takes major decisions for his team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Inculcate product as well as practical training to the advisors by accompanying them to client meetings.
Requirements :
- Graduation in Any stream
- 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing
- Age should be between 21 to 38 years
- Candidates should be local
- Excellent in communication
- Leadership Skills
