Job Description
• Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets for:
• HVAC duct insulation
• Under deck insulation solutions
• Increase market share in assigned territory
2. Client Acquisition & Development
• Identify and onboard:
• HVAC contractors
• Builders & real estate developers
• MEP consultants
• Industrial clients
• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers
3. Market Development
• Explore new project opportunities (commercial buildings, factories, warehouses)
• Promote awareness of:
• Energy efficiency benefits
• Thermal & acoustic insulation advantages
• Conduct site visits and product presentations
4. Project Sales & Tender Handling
• Handle inquiries, RFQs, and tenders
• Prepare technical + commercial proposals
• Coordinate with technical team for specifications and BOQs
5. Channel Management
• Appoint and manage:
• Dealers / distributors
• Applicators / contractors
• Ensure channel partner performance and training
6. Technical Support & Solution Selling
• Recommend suitable insulation materials (e.g., glass wool, rock wool, elastomeric foam, PUF)
• Provide application guidance for HVAC ducts and under deck areas
• Work closely with project engineers and consultants
7. Order Closure & Execution Follow-up
• Negotiate pricing and close deals
• Coordinate with:
• Supply chain
• Installation teams
• Ensure timely delivery and project completion
8. Payment Collection
• Ensure timely collections from clients
• Maintain healthy receivables and credit control
