Roles & Responsibilities
• Product Selection & Sizing: Select and size various products, including screen baskets, nozzles, flat panels, laterals, DSMs, etc., to meet client specifications.
• Customer & OEM Support: Provide expert support to customers and OEMs on process improvements and screening recommendations.
• Sales Cycle Management: Conduct compelling technical presentations, develop detailed proposals, and lead price negotiations to close deals.
• Project Management: Manage key projects, including contract review, risk analysis, cost estimation, and delivery planning.
• Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and industry requirements to maintain a competitive edge.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively across functions to improve quality, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Work Culture: Promote a cooperative and professional work culture both within and outside the team.
• Strategic Contribution: Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvements in systems and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
• Experience: 10-12 years of sales experience in screening/filtration solutions across process industries.
• Core Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
• Technical Aptitude: Demonstrated technical aptitude in mechanical systems and solid/liquid separation processes.
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Language & Travel: Fluent in English; willingness to travel extensively and support cross-regional teams.
