We are looking for an Assistant SalesManager in Retail Branch Banking Department for India's Leading Banking Domain.
Job Purpose
The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. The job involves selling and promoting banking products and services to new and existing customers.
Job Roles And Responsibilities
• Acquire new customers through various channels and build relationships with existing customers.
• Identify potential customers and generate leads to increase customer base.
• Offer banking products and services to customers and provide them with customized solutions to meet their needs.
• Meet sales targets by cross-selling various banking products and services.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with the bank's policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
Desired Candidates Profile
• A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 Years of experience in Field Sales and Marketing from any domain
• Minimum 1 Year stability required in previous organization
• Basic banking products knowledge required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong Communication and Presentations Skills
