Our team at Coffee Sutra is expanding and we are looking for a talented, dynamic individual to join our B2B sales team to grow our coffee partner network in Rajasthan and nearby.
The candidate’s responsibilities will include
· New account acquisition through generating outbound b2b leads in Hotels, Restaurants, Cafe's, Corporates and Retail.
· Notify/coordinate customer specifications with other departments and quickly, efficiently respond to customer issues, comments and problems to ensure a quality experience and enhance future sales prospects
· Develop and continually enhance relationships with key corporate, business and travel industry accounts to maintain and increase our market share. Maintain existing sales relationships and grow revenue from existing customers.
· Develop and implement new marketing initiatives for institutional sales.
· Maintain accurate, legible records and files
· Prepare and present reports as required by the management for the monthly sales review.
· Participate in trade shows and community and professional organizations to maintain high visibility and the achievement of sales and revenue goals.
· Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned and participate in task forces and committees as requested.
· Facilitate set-up and standardization of internal and partner SOPS.
Qual. Requirements
· 3-5 years of FMCG-Horeca experience.
· Strong Interpersonal, time and project management, creative thinking, presentation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
· High level of accountability and responsibility.
· Proficiency in English.
· Great interpersonal skills.
· Should be able comfortable working with datasheets and project management tools.
· Will be required to undergo a Barista training program for product and technical knowledge.
· Flexible to travel.
