Position: Assistant Sales Manager – Loan Segment

Job Description

Manage a team of loan sales executives and drive business targets

Source and onboard customers for personal/business loans

Generate leads through field activities, digital campaigns, and referrals

Ensure 100% compliance in KYC and documentation

Maintain strong relationships with clients and support loan disbursement

Prepare daily reports and MIS
