Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and inspired Assistant Site Manager to support our Dutton One operations across our South Australia dealership sites. This role will involve providing leadership in sales, customer service, and quality control to maximise financial results. Reporting to the Site Manager for South Australia, you will have the opportunity to step up and make your mark with one of Australia's leading dealerships. Your responsibilities will include:

Ensuringthe sites have the support required to fulfill their duties, including the creation of standard operating procedures.
Supporting site teams with on-the-job training to ensure the sales processes are being actioned.
Overseeing regular morning meetings with the sales teams.
Helping with the business morale and motivation.
Create the standard for the professional expectations.
Hands-on approach to the sales team, assisting with controlling deals and negotiations.
Ensure strong relationships between the Dutton Financial Services team and Sales group for finance integration and warranty processes.
Liaising with buying teams about the pricing of the stock for advertising.
Ensure speed of advertising for fresh stock whilst maintaining standardsand photography is of high quality.
Enforcing the delivery process and customer experience.
After delivery service.
Assisting with admin/site managers to ensure all deal packs and costs are completed correctly.
Running reports to analyse the business performance.
Manage all customer complaints, including any fair trading and/or tribunal matters.
Liaising with the wider Duttongroup to assist with interstate deliveries.
Achievement of KPI expectations
Assist and support thesales teams to reach their targets.
Manage Google Reviews.
Support and always encourage a safe and healthy workplace culture at all sites.

Qualifications

Ideally you will:

Have a passion and love for the automotive industry.
Have a strong attention to detail and sales numbers.
Ability to build rapport and strong relationships.
Have experience in managing and motivating people.
The ability to prioritise and juggle multiple duties at once.
Have a customer-centric focus.
Have initiative, creativity,confidence, and resilience.
Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A strong working knowledge of retail operations.
Have prior experience in selling used vehicles
Be able to create strategies to achieve sales goals.
Have the desire to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
Have a current Australiandriver’s licence.
Be willing to undergo a National Police Clearance
