Job Duties & Key Responsibilities:
• Functioning as a key member of the Sales team the person will be responsible for an Increase in JUMO’s market share by proactively selling and reaching out to new markets and focused target markets in North-East India.
• Identify requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers.
• Lead generation and explore new opportunities.
• Manage and interpret both new and existing customer requirements – to understand, anticipate, and practically meet their needs.
• Provide pre-sales technical expertise and product education to new and existing customers.
• Offer customers a product or service that best satisfies their needs in terms of technical specification, quality, price and delivery.
• Provide sales quotations and prepare tenders, proposals, designs and technical documents.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions to meet both customer and business needs.
• Analyze business potential, competitors. Build close relations with key distributors and dealers in order to develop in-depth knowledge of the product range and to understand new product developments.
• Managing Demand Generation pipeline month-on-month to meet given targets.
• Prepares sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information.
• Attend and actively contribute to Sales meetings to keep colleagues informed about various trends in the market.
• Willingness for extensive traveling
Required Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation & Control Engineering /Electronics Engineering.
• Work experience of 3-6 years in similar companies (Instrumentation/automation/sensor technology etc) or in sales Engineer capacity with Channel Partner of reputed Instrumentation Companies.
• Fluent in English & understanding of Local Languag
