Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the Sales Manager in driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will play a key part in managing the sales team, ensuring that they are well-trained and equipped to meet their targets. Your strong organizational skills and customer service orientation will be essential in fostering a positive environment that encourages teamwork and success.
Responsibilities
Assist in leading and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
Support the Sales Manager in day-to-day operations, including sales strategy execution and team development.
Monitor program receivables and ensure accuracy in commission deals.
Handle administrative responsibilities, including sales documentation, accounting reviews, and compliance with dealership policies.
Oversee deal processing, verifying all paperwork is accurate and properly submitted.
Provide coaching and mentorship to sales representatives to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the finance and accounting departments to track sales performance and ensure smooth transaction processing.
Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Ensure a high level of organization in dealership operations and maintain compliance with company and industry standards.
Qualifications
Post-secondary education is required; a university degree is preferred.
Must be highly detail-oriented and possess strong accounting and administrative skills.
Previous experience in automotive sales (management experience preferred).
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of Volkswagen vehicles and financing options is an asset.
Valid OMVIC license and a valid driver’s license.

Pay: $+5,533.00-$100,515.00 per year
