Job Description
We're looking for a highly motivated Assistant Sales Officer to join our dynamic Retail Liability Banking team.
In this role, you'll play a key role in achieving branch sales targets by developing new customer relationships, offering expert advice on our deposit and savings products, and exceeding client expectations.
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain a strong network of new and existing customer relationships within the assigned branch territory.
• Proactively identify and recommend a variety of bank products and services tailored to individual client needs, with a focus on liability products (savings accounts, current accounts, etc.)
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for deposit accounts and other assigned products.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory compliance standards and KYC (Know Your Customer) protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering long-term client relationships
