Responsible for the smooth functioning of the storeAssist walk in customers with their purchases & Up sell productsEnsuring customer satisfaction & a good shopping experienceManaging counter sales team, motivating them and training them to perform betterEnsure good display & regular replenishment of goodsConduct marketing as well as sales promotional activities for the business development of the storeInventory management and stock controlManage Store Accounts (Daily & Monthly, Reports)
