The Office of the DeKalb County Solicitor-General, led by Solicitor-General Donna Coleman-Stribling, prosecutes misdemeanor crimes, including domestic violence, elder abuse, and drunk driving, in DeKalb County, GA. The office is dedicated to upholding Georgia laws and collaborating with the community to prevent criminal activity. With a focus on crime prevention, the team works closely with police and communities to develop strategies for a safer county.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Solicitor at the DeKalb County Solicitor-General's Office in Decatur, GA. The Assistant Solicitor will handle tasks related to law, conveyancing, labor and employment law, commercial real estate, and family law on a day-to-day basis to support the prosecution of misdemeanor crimes and county ordinance violations.
