Nestled within the historic Lancemore Mansion Hotel Werribee Park, L.M. Spa offers a sanctuary of tranquillity just 30 minutes from Melbourne's CBD. Our spa provides a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, featuring treatments that blend Eastern and Western philosophies, a traditional Hammam chamber, and a magnesium mineral pool.
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Spa Manager to join our dedicated team of therapists. Working closely with the Spa Manager, you will focus on ensuring our spa operations fun seamlessly and our guests receive exceptional service and treatments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of spa therapists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Perform treatments as required to remain up to date with the current spa menu and in touch with our guest needs.
Oversee daily spa operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and service delivery.
Collaborate with the Spa Manager to design and promote spa packages and treatments.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the spa facilities.
Handle guest inquiries and feedback, ensuring a positive and memorable spa experience.
About You
Diploma in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification.
Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role in a spa or wellness environment.
Willing to work a flexible roster that includes nights, weekends and public holidays.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in spa software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Passionate about health, wellness, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
