What You’ll Do
As the Assistant Store Leader, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting the Store Leader in managing daily operations, including staffing, inventory, and customer service.
Leading and motivating team members to achieve performance goals and maintain high standards.
Overseeing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
Monitoring and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Acting as a point of contact for resolving customer concerns and ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
3 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a retail, hospitality, or nightlife setting.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a diverse team.
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset to tackle challenges head-on.
