1) Manage in-store retail and operation activities.
2) Sale, customer interaction, inventory(stock in/out) management
3) Coordination with Accounts and IT Department in regards to sale, maintaining client database, DSR.
4) Marketing skills
5) Store VM
6) Feedback to HO
7) Weekly/monthly reports
8) Improve the performance of the stores by providing the best service by following the values of Shades of India
9) Train and motivate the team for performing the best and achieving the targets
