About the role

We are looking for a passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our David Jones Sydney team to support the growth of this Concession as we bring to life a shop-in-shop experience featuring the best of Oroton's Apparel, Leather Bags and Accessories. In this role you'll support the Concession Manager and be at the heart of creating memorable shopping experiences - delivering exceptional service, offering personalised style advice, and making every customer feel valued. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where your ability to connect with people and drive results will shine. From assisting customers in finding their perfect pieces to managing high-volume stock and ensuring our products are beautifully presented and easily accessible - your impact will be felt in every corner of the store.

This role is a permanent full-time position working across a Sunday - Thursday roster.

Work closely with the team to keep the store looking its best. Execute merchandising strategies and create engaging product displays that draw customers in and reflect the brand’s aesthetic.
Partner with your Concession and Multi-site Managers to shape and implement strategies that elevate customer satisfaction, boost sales, and optimise overall store performance.

Strong attention to detail and confident clienteling skills
