Your Role as Assistant Store Manager
As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a vital role in creating an unforgettable customer experience and supporting the daily operations of the store. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager and lead the team with energy, pride and purpose.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Delivering exceptional customer experiences, leading by example in service and presentation
Coaching and developing team members, supporting onboarding, training and feedback
Creating a vibrant, high-performance culture, celebrating success and sharing the Koko Black story
Maintaining high visual and operational standards, including sampling, displays and merchandising
Managing day-to-day operations, including stock rotation, cleanliness, and compliance
Supporting store performance, helping drive sales, set team goals and optimise productivity
About You
You’ve got leadership experience in retail, hospitality or food service
You lead by example and know how to bring out the best in a team
You’re customer-obsessed and thrive in a fast-paced environment
You’re excited by the idea of launching something new
And yes, you absolutely love chocolate
