Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Mumbai for an Assistant Teacher in our pre-school program. The Assistant Teacher will support lead teachers in planning and implementing engaging educational activities, monitor children's progress, and provide individualized attention to meet the needs of each child. Other responsibilities include maintaining a safe and clean learning environment, assisting children with daily routines, and fostering a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Qualifications
• ECCed or Montessori
• Strong Communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and students
• Knowledge or background in Education, including early childhood development concepts
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for child development and education
• Ability to adapt to classroom needs and actively support a positive learning experience
• Certification in early childhood education or a related field is a plus
