The primary objective of this role is to foster a positive, nurturing, and safe learning environment. You will work closely with the lead teacher to implement education plans, supervise students during non-instructional times, and provide targeted support to children who may be struggling academically or socially. Key Responsibilities
Instructional Support: Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce lessons, clarify instructions, and assist with assignments.
Classroom Management: Assist the lead teacher in managing student behaviour, enforcing classroom rules, and maintaining an orderly learning environment.
Lesson Preparation: Help prepare teaching materials, set up classroom equipment (e.g., projectors, lab kits), and organize displays of student work.
Student Supervision: Oversee students during lunch, recess, school trips, and transitions between classes to ensure their safety.
Administrative Tasks: Support record-keeping by tracking attendance, grading basic assignments, and maintaining student files.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
