Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Maharashtra for the position of Assistant Technician. The primary responsibilities include assisting senior technicians in maintaining, repairing, and inspecting electrical systems, transmission lines, and distribution networks. The Assistant Technician will also be involved in equipment testing, troubleshooting technical issues, and adhering to safety guidelines and standard operating procedures during projects and daily operations. Additionally, the role will require routine documentation of work and coordination with team members to meet project goals efficiently.
Qualifications
• Basic technical skills in electrical maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schemes and technical manuals
• Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in an electrical work environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Capability to work collaboratively within a team and under supervision
• Good communication skills to report tasks and progress effectively
• Minimum educational qualification: Relevant diploma or certification in electrical or technical fields
• Prior experience or internship in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory
