Job Description:

We're looking for a highly educated, smart, and articulate individual to work closely with the Founder on strategic initiatives aimed at expanding our presence in the German education and job placement ecosystem.

This is not a typical desk job – you will be involved in meetings, strategy planning, high-level discussions, and client communications. You’ll represent the company in important conversations and play a vital role in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Work directly with the Founder on new initiatives

Communicate professionally with partners, clients, and stakeholders

Assist in expanding operations related to Germany – including education and placements

Research and identify growth opportunities

Help in organizing seminars, events, and outreach campaigns

Represent the company with utmost professionalism in high-stakes conversations

Requirements:

Master’s degree or higher from IIT, IIM or NIT preferred

Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)

Smart, proactive, and quick-thinking

Strong organizational and research skills

Prior experience in education, international relations, or business development is a plus

Knowledge or interest in the German education/job landscape is an added advantage
