One of our esteemed clients is one of the top most three brands in Asias Manufacturing of fitting & fixture equipments for Modular Furniture. In last 60 Yrs of stable and consisting growth they spared throughout India. Now we are seeking for Executive Assistant to Director Sales & Marketing.
Position: - Executive Assistant to Director Sales & Marketing
Job Location: - Saki Vihar Road, Andheri East, Mumbai (10 Min. By walk from Sakinaka Metro Station)
Qualification: - Any Graduate
Experience: More than 4 Years of experience in as Assistant to Senior Management.
Working Hours: 8.30 am to 5.00 pm. Monday to Friday & All Saturday Half Day
Personal qualities - Must have good communication skills, must be organized and smart.
Responsibilities
Should be able to make various Reports required from sales and marketing dept.
Manage incoming calls and emails & travelling management.
Generate meeting notes and document areas for follow up
Assist the director in day-to-day tasks, manage appointments and events
Create various spreadsheets and documents as needed
Complete projects as requested
Manage executive calendar and book appropriate appointments/interviews/meetings.
Skills Required
• Good communication, strong co-ordination, Advanced Excel (Must), MS Word etc
• Candidate must have a strong sense of professional judgment
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must have the ability to handle confidential and sensitive material with discretion.
• Must have good writing skills
• Must possess the ability to comfortably interact with senior levels of management
• Must have an eye for detail
• Miscellaneous administrative duties i.e. printing, copying, etc.
• Must have a pleasant personality.
• Must be a fast learner with very good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
