Duties and Responsibilities

Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, video conferencing equipment and their associated software, accounts, and peripherals, escalating as necessary.

Document common technical support issues with resolution, proactively identifying recurring issue areas.

Support workshop and meeting audio-video technology.
