The Opportunity | Te āhei:

To work towards registration valuing a range of retail assets, ranging from supermarket, hardware stores and cinemas, up to $1B plus shopping centres.
Hands on training and experience with day-to-day mentoring from a highly successful, experienced team.
Develop a strong understanding of retailer trading performance – the underlying driver of income for the owner – and its place within sophisticated cashflow models.
Undertake instructions for a range of clients including private and listed property clients.
Learn alongside other motivated property people in CBRE’s wider team.
About you | Mō koe:

NZ property degree (essential), eager to work towards Registration and pursue a career in property valuation.
Excellent knowledge of, and appetite for Microsoft Excel, and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
Strong attention to detail.
A positive and committed approach, and an ability to work well within a team.
A willingness to take ownership and pride in your work.
Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables under sometimes tight deadlines.
