What’s the role?
As the Assistant Venue Manager at our Timezone Newmarket venue, you’ll be the right hand to the Venue Manager and a key player in the success of our venue! You’ll lead with purpose, be a role model, support your team, & help create a space where guests come to play, celebrate, and make memories!
You’ll:
Support day-to-day operations across a multi-faceted entertainment venue
Lead and motivate a passionate team
Deliver exceptional guest experiences with every interaction
Help manage bookings, business performance, and team development
Be a culture champion, living our values every day
Who are you?
You’re someone who:
Has leadership experience in retail, hospitality or entertainment venues
Thrives in fast-paced, hands-on environments
Builds strong relationships with guests and team members alike
Learns quickly and understands the business side of venue management
