What You’ll Be Doing
Co-piloting the launch and daily operations of a dynamic, multi-faceted entertainment venue
Leading and mentoring a high-energy team to deliver jaw-dropping guest experiences
Partnering with the Venue Manager to drive performance, innovation, and culture
Being our people & financial management guru
Creating magic for our guests with every visit, every day
Who You Are
You must hold a WWCC, First Aid & CPR Certification
A hands-on leader with experience in retail, hospitality or entertainment venues
A natural motivator who leads by example and brings out the best in others
A guest experience champion who knows how to make people smile
A fast learner with a sharp eye for business and financial performance
A relationship builder who thrives on creating memorable experiences
