Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Consulting Banking Advisory!
This role leads the growth of Genpact’s BCM Consulting practice in Australia by delivering strategic, execution-focused advisory solutions to global clients. It combines deep consulting, transformation, and operational skills to build long-term value and a high-impact consulting presence.
Responsibilities
Partner with regional and global clients to deliver strategic Business Continuity Management (BCM) advisory services
Lead the design and implementation of Target Operating Models, end-state organizational models, and global process frameworks
Manage consulting engagements across strategy, operations, and tactical execution to deliver measurable performance improvements
Drive the integration of digital technologies into core BCM solutions to enhance business resilience and continuity
Develop and grow the consulting practice in Australia through business development, team mentorship, and IP creation
Contribute to the domestic and global strategy of the BCM consulting practice through thought leadership and market development
Own client relationships, lead scope discussions, and deliver insight-driven, innovative solutions aligned with client needs
Ensure process excellence through diagnostic assessments, process reengineering, organization design, and system implementation
Represent the practice in public forums and drive the creation of thought-leading content and solution frameworks
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
MBA preferred with years of relevant domain and consulting experience
Prior experience in consulting, solutioning, project management, and client relationship management
Global business acumen and strong understanding of industry and marketplace dynamics
Ability to develop creative, practical solutions to complex project and transformation challenges
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
Strong presentation and consultative selling capabilities
Innovative and strategic thinker with strong business judgment
Deep understanding of the BCM spectrum and transformation frameworks
Experience in Global Business Services (GBS) and outsourcing advisory
Proven ability to lead teams, mentor talent, and institutionalize best practices
Strong personal efficiency, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
