The role holder is also responsible for supporting the management of all the stages of the sourcing life cycle across deals for the said geography. The incumbent’s primary responsibility will be: (i) Working closely with Relationship teams to ensure penetration of Digital Payment products into their accounts; (ii) Working with Partners for identifying sectorial opportunities and solutions; (iii) Solution designing based on various customer requirements; (iv) Responding to Tenders/RFPs by working with Internal Stakeholders; & (v) Conducting regular CRMs with RMs, Managing Trackers/Reports SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES Strategic/ Managerial Responsibilities Team Management § Work directly with Relationship Teams across specific geography § Ensure that the team is well trained and up to speed on the current developments in the market and on Digital Payments products Competition Mapping § Be up to date on the competitive products and companies Core Responsibilities Sustained Revenue Generation § Build a robust pipeline of cases by working closely with Relationship Managers § Ensure time bound process is followed for sourcing the deal through a Project Tracker Product Sales Specialization § Have up to date knowledge on all DB products § Have knowledge of product fitment vs customer requirements Client Relationship Management § Empower the Relationship teams for effective Client Relationship Management by the way of timely delivery, manage escalations and get issues sorted out within defined TAT People Management or Self-Management Responsibilities § Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures that the goals are monitored and achieved during the course of the year. § Takes ownership of his/her own learning agenda by identifying development needs in consultation with the reporting manager and working towards bridging the gaps through various means which go beyond just training. § Understands the competencies relevant to his/her role, and works towards displaying as well as developing these effectively. § Keeps abreast of relevant professional/industry developments, new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional networks. Risk and Internal Control Responsibilities § Follows risk policy and processes to mitigate the operational, regulatory, financial, informational, reputational and audit risks as instructed by the departmental manager. § Executes the established internal control systems and compiles relevant information for departmental audits, as necessary.
