Assistant Vice President, Application Infra Support, Consumer Banking & Core En - ( WD44227 )Assistant Vice President, Application Infra Support, Consumer Banking & Core EngineBusiness FunctionGroup Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation.Roles & ResponsibilitiesGood background in Linux/Unix, Shell scriptingGood knowledge on setting up application Infrastructure environment & debugging Application issuesexperience working with Middleware teams, Linux SA, Oralce DBA, Network teamsShould have experience in setting up Tivoli, Grafana application monitoring toolsShould have experience in setting up Infrastructure hardware/software, CICD PipelineDevOps experience CI/CD pipelines tools and applications (CI/CD Pipeline, Bitbucket, Nexus, Jira, Jenkins, etc)Requirements8 to + Yrs years of experience implanting on-premises applications that are highly available, scalable, and self-healingMinimum 4 years experience in C programming, Java Development & JBoss (application code changes / code fixes), understand end-to-end deployment processExperience in provisioning, operating, and managing AWS environments will be an advantageExperience with multi-tier architectures: load balancers, caching, web servers, application servers, databases, and networkingDisaster Recovery design and deployment across regions a plusExperience in automation and testing via scripting & programming (Jenkins, Python, Ruby, Java, Shell Script)BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience is preferred
