This Position Is Responsible For
• Primarily responsible for monitoring of all Banking activities
• Responsibility also covers reconciliation of all transactions
• Maintaining high efficiency and accuracy in all the operational transactions of the Team.
• Continuously work towards enhancement of existing operational efficiency and operational processes and updation of existing necessary documents related to the Team.
• Approval and control of all transactions, swift messages, confirmations etc
• Co-ordination with client and resolution of queries.
• Manage team members efficiently.
• Demonstrated initiative ideas and ability to propose such ideas for better improvement of the operations
• Strong dedication to details and accuracy.
• Good flexibility, interpersonal, team work and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills
• Basic Microsoft Office
• Good math skills and ability to spot numerical errors.
• Basic understanding of banking operations.
• Risk analysis and assessment
• Collaboration and teamwork
