Introduction: To manage all outstanding trades which flow into the FX Cash Operations system and raise queries accordingly. What will you be doing? • To ensure accurate and timely resolution of FX trades • Responsible for the day to day management, investigation and resolution of discrepancies in relation to a variety of FX trades • Contribution to process improvement and understanding logic/completeness of controls is expected • Aware of Escalation process and the risk involved What we’re looking for: • Basic knowledge of FX Cash Products (FX) • Strong analytical and numeracy skills with the ability to perform complex analyse on the volumes and process flow to identify the root cause • Flexible and professional under pressure, the role holder will have strong interpersonal skills and good time management, with be committed and focused to succeed in a challenging environment • Detail orientated with the ability to multi-task, prioritise work assignments and consistently deliver to a high standard (quantity and quality).
