Position Purpose
Responsible for the Monitoring and Controls of the Reconciliation Change Projects he/she has in charge. Implement the necessary governance to ensure the effective delivery and communication with business sponsors, as well as the necessary interfaces with other business and transversal stakeholders. These will include -but not restricted to- Location Management, Domain Owners, HR, Functions, and other large programmes sharing common deliverables.
Responsibilities
Onboarding
To Receive the request from Ops’ Business and analyse the creation of New Reconciliations
To Support the migrations for other reconciliation system into Intellimatch
To analyse and perform the migration of Non-Tool Based reconciliation into Intellimatch when appropriate
Formalise & share business project roadmap and strategic vision plan
Follow up the projects portfolios
Prioritize Intellimatch Companies Creation requests For BP2S & CIB
Development
Gather the requirements: Business, Production, Security and System Requirements for Intellimatch
Request the creation of new Intellimatch Companies and to follow until implementation
Define, Formalize and Ensure validation of the requirements by the stakeholders, in the respect of the current practices in the entity
Accept, reject and postpone Change Requests based on the result of impacts analyses and estimated costs
Arbitrate conflicts between changes (Negotiate contradictory requests, set deadlines or budget priorities
Check and Validate the IT testing strategy
Define the objective of End User tests and their organization in coordination with IT and OPS
Assist Business to perform the End User tests, according to the relevant schedule, and report the necessary corrections to any defects in coordination with IT
Organise business deployment and assist operational teams during post go-live on basis of the release note supplied by IT:
Contribute to answer RFP and participate to Due Diligence
Support & Transfer of Knowledge
Provide help and assistance to Operational teams.
To handle specific difficult operational analysis and investigation cases upon request from Admin
Create & Provide User Guides & Help documents about SSC Rec Ops Tools
Organize training sessions about Intellimatch or other tools used by SSC Rec Ops
Share Best Practices with all SSC operations
Performance, Quality & Optimisation
Support the Standardization / Harmonization of Reconciliation Processess and Tools (Intellimatch) under BP2S & CIB
Contribute to the Optimisation of Intellimatch and take any action required to improve when necessary the performance :
Analyse the quality, integrity and possible enhancements of data feeds, swifts, flat files, existing reconciliationS. Automation Processes, Fields, static Data …
Identify and monitor risks associated with changes
Track and manage defects/bugs in the systems
Review of scheduled jobs with IT and business in order to ensure integration of prioritized reconciliations
Setup of Archive policy
Review all reporting not useful…..
Contribute to the Set Up of added-value KPI and Reporting
To Promote new systems/tools to be used by the SSC in order to better monitor the reconciliation activity (ex. PEGA, BAM)
To Promote Robotics and Interlinkage within the reconciliation under SSC
To review the Incidents and Service Delivery of IT SSC in order to ensure its quality
Coordination
To be the Face of SSC for all committeees related with Reconciliation Tools
To Participate to the different IT & BA Committees
To interact with FIS, and receive all communications they may send on Intellimatch and take actions when necessary (for example annual SWIFT release impacting Intellimatch)
Coordinate and ensure transversal communication with all concerned parties

Post-Graduation
Fluent in English
Minimum years of experience
Strong financial & process expertise
Technical knowledge of financial instruments (Equities, Bonds, Options…)
Strong knowledge on Office Tools (VBA for Excel expertise appreciated)
Knowledge on Booster Tools: 2Strack, Quality Center
