Business Function
Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Build, deploy and manage Data security products to secure and implement governance policies on the data assets in the organization.
• Integrate security frameworks on modern high-performance analytics database and computation engines like Spark, Presto, Kafka,
Elastic, and technologies in the stack.
• Working with engineering teams to explore and create new design/architectures for secure data storage and computing.
• Work with large scale distributed systems such as Aerospike, HBase, Object stores, HDFS, Spark, Presto, Kafka on hybrid cloud
environments.
• Develop and operate modern platform security architecture solutions to meet business objectives and provide end-to-end solutions.
• Developing frameworks using established engineering practices to build fault-tolerant and scalable solutions.
• Integrating existing solutions to run in a hybrid cloud environment.
• Integrating and enabling frameworks to run on containerized platforms.
• Experience in problem solving and root-cause analysis on any errors during the process of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
implementation and provide audit and compliance support when required.
Requirements
• 10+ Years of over all work experience with bachelor's degree
• Public Cloud Experience - AWS, GCP or any other
• Solid hands on experience with Java/J2EE and framework such as SpringBoot
• NoSQL Databases
• Distributed computing
• Data & API Integration
• Networking
• AWS/GCP/Azure
• Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift
• Knowledge of build tools Maven, Gradle and DevOps environment using tools such as Git
(Bitbucket), Continuous Integration (Jenkins) and Continuous Deployment (Fastlane).
• Data Encryption/Anonymization
• Access Management
• HSM - Hardware Security Module
• Elastic/Open Search
• Big Data (CDP/Dataproc/EMR)
• Distributed Query Engines
• Experience in automated testing
• Prior experience in Consumer Banking Domain
• Good to have working with code quality tools such as JFrog, Sonar, Fortify or NexusIQ
