Assistant Vice President, Employee Life Cycle Team Lead, Human Resource, DBS Technology India
Responsibilities
• Lead transformation, guide and connect the Employee Life Cycle team with the overall strategic direction of Group HRSS to propel team in delivering a highly efficient and productive shared services support to our partners and stakeholders
• Drive structural transformation within team
• Responsible for the efficient functioning of the teams to achieve People Excellence through coaching and mentoring to deliver a productive shared services support
• Manage the team in the end-to-end processing of transactions according to laid down procedures/SOPs and stipulated Service Level Agreement
• Gather and analyze information to support decision-making and problem resolutions
• Implement appropriate controls in team to manage risks
• Promote a learning culture in the team
Areas Covering
• Employee Life Cycle (ELC) Team covers BAU transactions of employees journey with DBS from Hiring Support/ Onboarding, employee movements, Records Maintenance to Offboarding for Singapore and selected International Centers
• Provide shared services support to partners and stakeholders relating to ELC activities
• Partner in annual Performance Development exercise
Requirements
• Experience in HR Shared Services environment
• Strong knowledge of labour regulations, and awareness of related government and banking rules and regulations
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Proactive and meticulous
• Resourceful with good analytical and problem solving skills
• Customer and results oriented
