Key Contributions
Sales
· Responsible for identifying training needs of internal and bank employees
· Build and execute capability development architecture for Channel employees across hierarchy and partner sales staff
· Regularly engage with internal sales teams and selectively bank teams for TNA
· Ability to identifying Sales Training interventions for different performance pools of employee’s basis their goal sheet and productivity target achievements
· Collaborate with training and L&D team for a designing and implementation of a robust training architecture – Internal and external
· Acumen to capitalise on digital channels to continuously engage with bank and LG for adequate mindshare for TATA AIA Life products and processes
· Responsible for productivity and goal sheet achievement BB Sales team across levels employees with cohort based training requirements and skill building
· Regular reviews with internal teams and selectively bank teams to ensure new joinee hand holding along with branch mappings
· Sharp analytics to focus pockets of low productivity levels potential ways to improve them
· Adherence of VYMO based sales choreography for daily monitoring of leads and partner activities and ensuring implementation
· Design monthly recognition programs for performers and goalsheet based interventions for productivity improvements
· Sharp data analytics on identifying potential improvement pockets and proposing solutions for implementations on processes
· In depth knowledge of competition products and ability to benchmark
· Should possess skills which enable him to generate business models which are viable and implementable and can enable us to get a better penetration on the business front.
· Plan and conduct workshops / sessions to implement various initiatives
· Design visibility framework for all interventions and performance pockets
· Should be able to execute new product launches, train and develop some sharp content for specialised need
· Competition benchmarking of training and new joinee hand holding practices

Relationship Management
· To ensure the business and productivity targets are met effectively with right skill building of FLS and supervisors
· Enable sales team by ensuring that all sales enablers with regards to sales tools, sales propositions & help items are in place.
· Extensive coordination and delivery with internal and external training team
· To maintain the desired wallet share of branches with new joinees and segmented branch pool
· Adhere to the Activity Management framework advised
· Ensure compliance to internal sales process & other compliance standards
