Role Description – Assistant Vice President (Infrastructure Sr Tech Analyst)
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming Incidents and Requests associated with CTI applications.
Drive stability efforts and manage EOVS and other environment cleanliness initiatives.
Develop and maintain application monitoring solutions.
Partner with application development, business analysis and infrastructure support teams on application change and release management.
Maintain and develop application support process and procedures and documentation.
Manage Continuity of Business (COB) and other high availability efforts.
Provide ownership of major incident or outages of critical systems.
Gather and present metrics pertaining to application performance, stability, and operational effectiveness.
Drive automation projects within the application support realm.
Provide leadership on the onboarding on new applications and technologies, ensuring that the application support team have the correct processes and procedures in place.
Manage recurring and chronic issues in the Production environment, ensuring that risks are assessed, and remediation efforts are prioritized accordingly.

Experience and Education:
Min years’ experience in an Applications Support analyst in a fast-paced production environment role
Experience of and knowledge of ITIL methodologies.
Demonstrated Problem Management capabilities.
Experience of managing operational metrics and presenting to senior leadership.
Knowledge of Kafta and Big Data is a plus.
Knowledge of ServiceNow is a plus
Bachelor’s University degree or equivalent.
