We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Vice President INSIGHTS AND GOVERNANCE– BUSINESS RISK
Principal responsibilities:
• You will design, build, and implement a robust governance framework.
• Drive the creation of Proof of concepts and strategic solutions using advanced analytics tools.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness and efficiency of reports that are shared with stakeholders.
• You will closely support the governance and reporting towards location strategy and migrations.
• Fulfill all local/regional/business reporting needs towards ongoing requirements in terms of administrative reporting, governance, and input into the larger Non Financial Risk forums.
• Structured and organized individual with project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and exceptional presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify the existing solutions using optimal scripting and improve the existing process to improve efficiency using various principles including but not limited to Lean Six Sigma.
• Role open for Bangalore and Hyderabad location.
Requirements
• You will need a working knowledge of Analytics toolkits such as Alteryx, Python etc.
• Understanding of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence tools and models including Generative AI.
• Experience in Visualizations tools preferably Qliksense.
• Ability to convert detailed messages into succinct slides for executive consumption.
• Ability to take difficult decisions in a complex operational environment.
• Experience and expertise in building interactive excel dashboards and presentations.
• Strong technical skills especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Power BI, MS Access, SharePoint.
• Ability to thrive within a constantly evolving environment.
Experience of working in a changing environment and having managed change in processes/teams.
