We are looking for candidates for a Large Global BPO for below position
Designation : AVP / Director Operations
Profile : Operations lead ( Travel Aggregator ) International Operations
Location : Jaipur
CTC : Upto 22 LPA
Candidate must be a veteran with minimum 10+ years of experience in handling Operations in the BPO space.
Should have handled International accounts ( Voice / Chat/Email), Preferably Travel accounts.
Candidate must have handled a span of 300+ employees with P&L accountability
Maintain client service level Agreement ( SLA) and client satisfaction
Day to day operations management to delivery client defined KPIs
Work closely with support functions to provide gold class service to client
Assess technology needs related to operations delivery and service quality to automate the processes
Prepare and deliver performance reviews to client and internal management
Should have experience in Digitization, Automations, RPA in various functions
