Role Description

In this role, you will be responsible to lead and champion business wide improvement/ transformation initiatives to drive value in Global Procurement function within Deutsche Bank. This role will play important role in fostering a culture of continual improvement/ sustainable change through lean and six sigma methodologies.

Key responsibilities

· Drive business Global improvement/ transformation initiatives aligned with business & Operations teams

· Working closely with operations & functional teams to identify process opportunities, process bottlenecks to drive stabilization, conduct root cause analysis and implement process improvements across the business or operations in scope

· Initiating and leading projects that transform/ improve end to end processes, setting, validating and auditing measurement systems to deliver business impact aligned with business/ ops expectation like Higher productivity, transparency in process outcomes etc

· Building process excellence & Digital culture in the team, driving productivity, and process improvement projects aligned with business initiatives

· Drive innovation programs (ideation to implementation) to uncover creativity & innovation

· Drive continual improvement culture (behaviors, principles, and tools) across operations or functional area teams

· Drive change management activities while providing appropriate levels of support and coaching for relevant teams

· Apply design thinking principles to create user centric designs and enhance user experience

· Work with key stakeholders to analyze market, competition and policies

Your skills and experience

· Certified Master Black Belt/ Black Belt from reputed institute

· 10+ years of experience leading process improvement and / or Transformation and / or Digitization and / or Automation / or Lean and / or Six sigma projects

· Technical mastery of Lean and six sigma tools and methodologies

· Moderate to advanced MS project, Excel, Visio, Power point skills

· Experience in designing and implementing maturity model frameworks

· Experience in designing and delivering measurements standards, KPI’s and dashboards

· Experience providing business consulting, roadmap from “AS is “– “TO be “and solutions

· Experience managing complex process improvements projects & target operating model design

· A strategic and analytical thinker with professional and positive disposition

· Passion towards digital dexterity

· Strong Project management & presentation skills

· Strong critical thinking & problem-solving skills

· Conducting Business/ partners workshops, pre-studies, requirements, validations

· Superior communication & stakeholder skills
