Our client is a leading luxury hospitality and real estate player, based in Mumbai.
The company is looking for an AVP - Marketing to build and lead the marketing team, drive brand and performance marketing, build a process and data driven organization.
Reporting to - COO & Founder
Qualifications and Experience
● MBA Marketing from Tier 1 Institute is a must
● 10+ years of marketing experience, of which at least 5 years should be in team management role in industry and not agency specific
● Experience in preferably luxury brand marketing and experiential marketing
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
● Create and implement the Group’s marketing strategy
● Prepare and adhere to marketing team budgets
● Lead market research both internally and externally, analyze market trends
● Flawlessly execute creative marketing programs, campaigns, and promotions across various channels, including on- site merchandising, landing pages, email and more.
● Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position the business as leading & innovative
● Effective stakeholder, teamwork and self-management
