What You Can Expect
The candidate will be part of Derivatives and FX options desk. The team is responsible for trade validation, reporting trades to the Central counterparty, and ensure timely settlements with Clearing Corporation. This team also is responsible for NFRR. The candidate should ensure compliance with rules, laws and regulations. The candidate would be able perform role of a checker and should be able to face off to concurrent auditors and regulatory exams. He should be able to understand the products and respond to client queries, if any. The candidate should look for process improvement opportunities.
What You Will Do
• Support OTC Derivatives and FX options Ops desk
• Well versed with RBI guidelines and CCIL guidelines
• Ensure accurate trade validation. Ability to understand the products
• Ensure timely settlement within CCIL/RTGS cut off
• Checker role for some of the desk activities
• Regulatory reporting
• Conversant with internal and external policy guidelines relating to products handled, promptly identify deviations and exceptions and resolve/escalate in a timely manner.
• Engage with Stakeholders including Business, Compliance, Finance, Technology for constructively resolving any queries
• Participate in various process improvement initiatives/ projects as required
