Job Description: The role will include but not limited to the following:
- Deal origination and interaction with clients, understanding their requirements for West region comprising Maharashtra, Goa, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat States.
- Liaison with clients for obtaining required financial data/information for preparation and submission of proposal with Banks/FIs
- In depth understanding about structuring of stressed asset resolution proposals with an ability to do financial modelling for the proposed structure.
- Due diligence, preparation of term sheets;
- Preparing Information Memorandum, CMA Data/ Financial projections for submission to Banks;
- To actively participate in discussion and preparation of resolution plan;
- Liaison, inter-act and follow up with banks for sanction.
- To obtain sanction and handle post-sanction formalities with bank/s and the clients for documentation and obtain disbursements.
Qualification: CA/ MBA(Finance);
Experience: At least 8-12 years relevant experience in Loan Syndication/Resolution and Restructuring of Loan with an ability to structure the proposal in private banks/ Financial Institution.
End-to-end sourcing & Execution experience along with DCM desk shall be an added advantage.

- A deep understanding of Corporate Credit and Loan Syndication;

- Should have ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Proven proficiency in MS Office/ Excel
