Job Purpose
• Mortgages RH will be the lead for managing & driving the Prime mortgages in his / her territory. The key deliverable shall be responsible to develop Prime Home Loan and residential LAP though various internal & external channels
Key Accountabilities
• Responsible for HL/LAP new Business, portfolio performance, channel development, hiring & controls
• Support & Manage quality customer acquisition multiple acquisition channels like HAS, Referral partner, Treasures and Branch Channel, etc
• Ensure tracking of all case & ensure sucessful closure
• Making monthly sales plan, Ensure required run rate is maintain
• Perform product / process training to all acqusition channel
• Lead the knowledge and skilling base / sessions for front end team
• Cross sell, Upsell, and new prospect list identification on existing customer base
• Ensure internal and regulatory compliance and adherence to DBS Sales process
Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Drive HL/LAP volumes, Cases, Book size , Approval rate , across channel and territory assigned
• Effective management of partner ( Aggregator/ Refferal) , channel , branch/Treasures
• Managing and meeting monthly target and plan daily sale plan to achieve sale target
• Training channel partner, Lead knowlede and Skilling base for DS, front end team & channel partner
• Cross sell, Upsell, and new prospect list identification on existing customer base
• Ensure internal and regulatory compliance and adherence to DBS Sales process
• Drive sale via tele calling set up
• Work closely with aggregator
Required Experience
• Proven track record in Home Loan/ LAP sales, meeting loan volume budgets etc
• Understanding of the HL/LAP loan business and market
• Understanding of competition and key market practices
• Thorough product knowledge
• Should have relevant assets experience in the local market and have understanding of key customer segments
• Have worked closely as branch sale and mange sale via front end
Education / Preferred Qualifications
• Post Graduate with relevant number of years of experience in banking and specifically in personal is preferable

• Should be able to work on digital journey and guide the team
Work Relationship
• Close interaction with Business teams to ensure consistent delivery of personal loan sales budgets
• Close interaction with HL Product team, Ops team, and customer service teams
• Manage channel / partner and handle front end sale team & branch team
