Position Overview
Job Title: Technology Manager, AVP
Location: Pune
Role Description :
This role is required to support the central strategy & transformation function in CIB Technology. The resources is expected to work very closely with the senior stakeholders in designing and implementing management processes, preparing dashboards & monthly MI. The candidate should possess strong excel, powerpoint and analytical ability. Candidate should be aware of advanced excel calculations and familiar with functional development of dashboard/Score Cards and working on automated reporting platform.
Also needs to have a good understanding of Business Management function, familiarity with resource management, financial and Headcount planning.

Your Key Responsibilities
• Automating existing reports through use of Macros including use of Tableau for reporting
• Managing financials and headcount for the domain, including forecasting in Clarity and Financial Books and Records, CapEx control and management, financials governance and other ad hoc tasks.
• Managing headcount for the domain, including forecasting, position management for internal and external staff, vendor procurement activities, managing perm hiring and backfills.
• Supporting on annual planning cycles and ongoing governance of the book of work, including milestone and benefits management, adherence to governance frameworks and others.
• Supporting with key people initiatives and communication activities within the group.
• Managing multiple ad hoc and short timeframe requests.
Your Skills And Experience
• Someone with good Tableau skills, VBA, SQL, Macros and familiar with developing dashboard and automated reports. Good Understanding of Business Management function, familiar with resource management, financial and Headcount planning
• Strong financial planning and control, and financial management experience with recent experience of portfolio budget management and monthly financial forecasting and reporting.
• Resource Management experience and ideally experience would be from working in a COO or Business Management type function.
• Demonstrable experience of managing projects, and experience in using Clarity would be advantageous.
• Proven cross-functional activity between project management, financial planning and resource management in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrable collaborative working and working as part of a team in a fast-paced and changing environment and ability to multi-task and prioritise, managing multiple priorities at the same time.
